How do you pair a new Sky q controller to puck if you can't unpair the old one

Hi All,

My Sky Q Remote has gone missing and absolutely can not be found. I have bought a new one from Argos but I can't pair it with the puck without unpairing the old one.

Is there anything I can do?. Please don't say find the old remote, because that is impossible.

Hi @Andol 

When you say Puck , are you on Sky Stream or Q?

There are no pucks in Q, only main Q box and mini boxes.

sky stream, but the remote i bought from argos said it would be fine. though it says sky q on my tv. Which was all great until the old remote vanished.

Hi @Andol 

Afraid Sky Q remotes will not work with Sky Stream which uses different remotes.
