Voice control keeps interrupting

Voice control keeps cutting in and interrupting programs, how can I turn it off

Are you using sky glass or sky stream ?

Try pulling the plug for 5 minutes ... normally clears any gremlins in the system. The voice control should only activate when you press the voice control button on the remote

Hi, tried the unplugging for five minutes this morning, within ten minutes I had an interruption.
