@Manraj Do you just see a blank screen, or any type of message? Are the on-demand apps working? Hve you tried unplugging the stream puck for a few minutes to reboot it and see if this helps?

I have unplugged several times, the screen shows loading then goes blank on every channel

Ok so sounds like the issue is poor internet connection from the stream puck. If you have connected via Wifi i'd suggest plugging in an ethernet cable instead, going into the puck's networking settings and disabling the Wifi, then see if that improves things.
If you are connected via ethernet, i'd suggested switching over to Wifi and see if that makes a difference.
