Has anyone one else noticed that overnight when trying to use a voice prompt to open any app "YouTube" "Netflix" "Apple" etc, it no longer works and just gives you a programme suggestion instead and doesn't open the app. I have tried different commands like "open youtube app" "load youtube app" but to still no avail. The app can still be opened manually but that kind of defeats the purpose of voice control.
This is happening on all three of our pucks and it has happened overnight, I have rebooted all three but it's still the same.

Hi @Davidlm
No all working here. There may have been a blip with the servers that do the NLP (Natural Language Processing) as this isn't done locally.
Try again and see if it works, if not try turning your pucks off for longer e.g. 10 minutes as this will clear any cache. And if not working post back your UI version and software version from the settings and we can escalate your post to sky.

Re: Voice Prompt to Open Apps Not Working
Quick update, Back to normal without rebooting so it must have been as you suspected.

Yes they were earlier today presenting TV content related to the voice request and not launching the apps.
All seems to be fine again now. Also no restart was necessary.
