Using Sky go & Sky Stream
Loads of peephole are complaining that the puck is unstable, slow and having issues with it connecting, it could be that because of this it's not receiving the stream allowing you to watch on another device?

Sky Go operates entirely independently of the Sky Stream puck.
The pucks have an operating system (Entertainment OS) which connects to a Sky server and all streams it receives are managed from there.
Sky Go is an app which can run on a variety of different streaming devices running multiple different operating systems. It receives streams from a different server than Sky Stream pucks.
