Upgrading from essential to ultimate tv.. sky stream.

Hi I'm looking to upgrade my sky stream from essential to ultimate but I have read about my next bill being higher due to the change. I'm just wondering if anyone knows how much higher I'd be looking at? My budget is really tight so fees or charges would be something that I could do without. Thankyou.

It's a product of the billing cycle.  You've typically already paid the current monthly bill at the Essential TV rate, so depending when you make the change the next billing can have the full coming month at the Ultimate TV rate plus some days (or even weeks) from the previous month with the difference in price between Essential and Ultimate added to the total.

They may also add a fee: if you aren't advised of that in advance then you can dispute it.

Hi @Lucy_Loo .  I don't know what you are currently paying for your Essentials package but I have just looked at the "Offers" button at the top of this page and  can see they are offering Sky Ultimate for £24 per month but you have to take a new 24 month contract which may not be suitable for your circumstances.

In addition to your Essentials package, with Sky Ultimate it also includes more channels as well as HBO, Disney + and Hayu.
