switching from a set-top box to wifi

My Sky service via a set-top box has stopped working.  I've had long discussions with the management company at my block of flats and they say they are no longer supporting the aerial for Sky, so we all have to change to wifi.  I am struggling with how to organize this.  I managed to get through to a human being at Sky before Easter who said they would help arrange this and promised to call me back on a specific day and at a specific time, but never did.  Now I can't get through to a human at all and I cannot figure out how to request this from online help or the AI assistant.  How can I possibly proceed.  Many thanks.

You need to call Sky and ask to be switched to Sky Stream. This will deliver your Sky TV service via your broadband connection.

It's quite a different service to Sky+ and Sky Q so make sure you understand how it works and that it doesn't have all the same channels that Sky+/Q has.

Re: switching from a set-top box to wifi

Thank you. Can anyone tell me what number to call - I either get a set of options which are not relevant and then cut off or told I can find the answer online, which I can't (sorry if it is there, I've spent ages trying to find the right information).

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Helen90 if you tap on 'still need help' and 'prefer to get in touch' in this help guide (which gives you some details about Sky Stream) a phone number to call will be displayed.
