Upgraded Package

If anyone has information about my inquiries please reply. 

I have just upgraded my sky tv package and it is saying i have cancelled sky cinema, will i still have sky cinema after upgrading or will i have to add it to my sky tv package again?

It may be helpful to explain how exactly you upgraded your package.

Was this done online or through a call to Sky?

Have you checked your future upcoming bills in your MySky account to see if it mentions any cancellation or is showing or not showing Sky Cinema.

You have posted this into the Sky Stream section, assume you have Sky Stream.

Have you moved from Sky Q to Sky Stream?

This move does not carry over any previous discount offers from Sky Q, but can allow you to carry over your current package subscriptions if you select or request them on the new order. But they will be all reset as a new TV contract offer.

Yes, you can go into MySky and add Sky Cinema from there, under TV>Manage>TV packs

I have upgraded my sky tv from the basic package at £15 to sky tv ultimate for £18, i have seen my bills and they are saying sky cinema has been cancelled but future sky bills it is still showing on my tv package, but the prices are £70 to £80
