Sky Stream Crashing

Evening all, I've set up the Sky Puck today for the first time. Everything seems to.be working reasonably well except when I look through Skys catalogue of on demand shows when clicking on Game Of Thrones the Puck crashes then seems to restart. Has anyone any ideas on a solution to this?

Have you tried a settings restart to see if it helps?

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Different ways to get to the settings menu;
Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.
