Upgrade

I am a sky customer, and have , the little Sky puck. I'm looking to upgrade to Sky TV. Little bit confusing. Why do I need to subscriptions to Sky if I already have as mentioned above?

@SteveEastaff  If you already have a Stream Puck surely you're already subscribing to Sky TV?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @SteveEastaff and welcome to the forum.  As you are already subscribed to Sky with the stream puck you would just need a Whole Home subscription to use the TV in addition to the puck.  This is similar to the Sky Q multi room subscription

The whole home subscription allows you to have up to 3 Glass TVs and 6 stream pucks as per the link below.

If you got the puck from someone else instead of Sky then you need to contact them to take out a TV subscription @SteveEastaff The puck won't work without one.
