Upgrade

I am a sky VIP broadband customer and I am looking get sky essentials TV but can't find where to add to my account, I think I need to talk to someone to get a good deal.

I suspect you mean 'Essential TV', which is one of the two content options on Sky Stream.

 

This isn't an upgrade to Sky Broadband: subscription television is a separate product.

 

Perhaps be aware that Essential TV is a fairly limited content bundle: the 'better' one is 'Ultimate TV'.

 

'Sky Television Essentials' is a legacy product on Sky Q and no longer available to new subscribers.
