Updating software sky stream

I got my sky stream today. Fibre internet all set up and working. 
Wouldn't connect to sky stream now I force restarted and it keeps saying this software needs to restart. I've pressed start update 7 times and I keep getting the same cycle repeated. 
I've turned off at socket what else can I do getting nowhere where

@Lucy2419  If you can try connecting an ethernet between the puck & hub, then power down the puck and power back up, it should allow a software update.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@GD1  I'm about to go out so don't have time to post on the closed forum.  Do you think there is an issue as this is the 3rd similar post I have seen today.
