Update fix

Anyone had any luck with any updates yet to prevent the crashing?

 

incredibly frustrating as a new customer.  Or has anyone managed to get through to customer services?

@MattPaddock  All you can do is wait for your puck to be updated, unfortunately you cannor force an update.
