Can’t activate sky puck
Received the sky puck last week, almost 2 weeks ago and can not activate it: it's stuck on updating software. Then it will say needs to update. But doesn't.
I have followed all the instructions online regarding resetting. Tried everything- Still no luck

Hi @Nadineray I don't know what you have already tries but I would suggest unplugging the puck from the wall socket for a couple of minutes and then starting the setup process again.
If it gets stuck at the software update stage again try connecting the puck to the router with an Ethernet cable. You can revert back to WiFi when/if the setup has completed.
If all else fails call Sky for some more troubleshooting.
