Unhappy

Okay so I signed up with sky stream aweek ago I wasn't aware tht the would take payment 7 days into it now the are trying to give me a late £10 charge . I haven't even been with them long enough for them to take payment I'm still on the cooling off period . Is this right ? 
I did contact them but seems they must of not understood me because they told me i wouldn't be charged as of yet .

As it mentions in all orders, your documents and contracts in your MySky account and the Sky Stream FAQ below;


Streaming TV billing starts when you activate your Sky Stream puck* and any subscriptions are charged a month in advance.

*One to watch out for: If you don’t activate your Sky Stream puck within 21 days of delivery, your subscription and billing will start automatically
