Trying initial set up of stream puck. Message is: Anynet+ device is not connected. Please check connection and retry.
we still have Three Broadband as the contract still runs till December when we will change to Sky. Is this the problem?
We are pensioners and not savvy with technology. Thanks

We got it working. Switched the puck off and on again and it took us through the set up. No mention of doing that on the HELP section.

@Bob461 That message is from your tv and not the stream puck,first thing to check is that the puck is powered on and connected to the correct hdmi input on your tv
