Unable to rewind an already watched programme because it keeps going to the next episode

I'm trying to watch a programme on sky Atlantic that my partner has watched. When I access it, it is at the end of the show, so the 'next episode' kicks in, and I can't rewind it. Really frustrating, and not a good user experience, other streaming platforms allow you to jump between episodes and rewind easily. I've managed to do it eventually, through persistence and eventually the rewind icon popped up. I have to do this everytime I'm watching an episode already watched. Not good at all

That sounds like you are starting the show either from the continue watching rail or by clicking play from the programme show in the playlist. Both of these options will always show the next unwatched episode.

Instead of you open the programme page via the playlist and press the down button you should be able to browse through the seasons and episodes of a show and then select the one you want to watch.
