Unable to change resolution

I fell asleep and woke up to notice my text was a little more pixelated, after checking it changed the resolution over night to 576p, I've attempted to try and change the resolution but the max I can change to is 1080p, whenever I select 4k it freezes and just goes to the main page without changing the resolution

Hi 

try pulling the plug for a few minutes then pop it back in .... once loaded up it should return to the correct resolution
