New to Sky after 21 years with VM
Today 1pm Techical Issue displayed, no TV service on Sky
Got home from work, Netflix on after dinner, BBC News on Sky Stream 10pm, guide shows, will not connect to programme, rebooted twice, no service whatsoever
Not happy, Sky Stream packed up already, no one to talk to as they have no contact or help
Sky - sort it out or going back to VM , no penalty

Have you tried switch the stream puck off at the wall for 2 minutes, have you also checked it connecting to your huib as this sound like a poor connection netween your router and the puck.

Switched it off and on twice, I will try the router in the morning

Any update on this? I have the same issue. Switched on and off several times, all leads plugged in. Router, all lights showing.
Can anyone else suggest anything I can do? TV and sky stream were working fine last time it was on.

Yes, I figured it out eventually this morning, I re booted the router which did not help.
It was a software update, you have to switch off the Stream Box, if the remote does not do this, try the button underneath, then switch the mains plug off, no need to disconnect from the back of the puck, then back on again, one powering on press home on the remote, it should then start the software installation
