Lead in the back of sky stream not working

Any idea how I get a new lead for my sky stream? It doesn't seem to be working at all!!!

Which lead? Power cable or HDMI cable?

You'll need to ring Sky and ask for a replacement.

Are you sure the,power cable is faulty.

Try this if you have what looks like no power to your Sky Stream.

Read the article, throughout, but mainly try the recovery procedure on the 4th tab.

Ok, you will have to call Sky for a replacement power cable.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:

Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. A some of the quieter times to ring are early morning or late evening.

I know, had absolutely no clue she had done it till I tried to turn it on. 
Sphynx cats don't get them.
