Uk Gold program listing is not available and asks for pin to access channel

There is no schedule for over 24 hrs. Asking for pin to view. Keeps turning off after an hour or so. Technical fault

The tv guide/epg is showing U&Gold future listings fine for me and channel working fine without a pin.

Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

Different ways to get to the settings menu;
Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.

Tried resetting, but nothing.

I'm having the same issue too, I've even done a reset and reboot but nothing

Same for me, only listing I had was for Green, Green Grass ☹️ which has now finished, asks for a pin and doesn't accept my pin so channel not accessible, tried a reboot, still the same

Ok, thanks for trying the restart.

We have seen this in the past, where it affects some customers and not others, for similar issues like this.

Day 2 of no listings. Requires PIN entry just to 'tune' to it. And no Restart available - because it doesn't know what's on! Annoying isn't the word...
