UI Update 3.117.3 - Let's try that again error
Last night my puck updated to a new version if the UI , but not the build, I assumed this was a attempt to solve the ongoing UHD sound issues . But now the puck is randomly dropping out of programs back to the menu or other programs and there is a issue with the playlist as per screenshot . The puck is hardwired to my broadband router and has a more than acceptable speed at the puck.

Re: UI update 3101
Hi @tvboy55 I haven't had this problem for ages but when I did I found the following procedure got it working correctly again.
Put your puck into Standby and then unplug both your puck and router. Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the internet
I would also make sure that Networked standby mode is turned ON in the settings > start up & standby
If that doesn't resolve the issue then have a look at the following link to see if they help:

@tvboy55 when you get that issue when trying to open the playlist, is this immediately when you click on the playlist button, or when you try to open one of the sub categories of the playlist e.g Movies or Films?

Re: UI update 3101
It happens after selecting the tab , thinks about it for a while then the message appears . Missing content in playlists has been ongoing for a long time usually reappears eventually- this message is new . Another puck updated same issue .

Yeah the playlist going missing is one issue that has affected the playlist for some customers. What is a problem with the platform is that the error messages generated are very generic so there could be 2 or 3 different issues going on at the same time which are completely different ( but it hard to know which issue is affecting you).
For example there is another issue with the playlist functionality that gives you the exact same error, where if you open the TV Shows section in the playlist it will generate that error, and that apparently is due to the number of shows/episodes that has been added to the playlist ( even though opening all the sub categories including Recent opens with no issues). This is the issue I suffer from as opposed to the entire playlist going missing, but I see the exact same symptoms as you.
This is what makes it hard to figure out sometimes what exact problem people are suffering from with the streaming platform and what potential workaround/fixes there may be.

Re: UI update 3101
The update to that version of the UI is what seems to trigger the issue . Two of my pucks are now on that UI both have the same issue now .
