Re: UHD buffering
Run a speed test via the Netflix app on the puck as that will tell you what speeds you are recieving at the Puck

Re: UHD buffering
That's odd that you're getting buffering...

Re: UHD buffering
Yea it's only the UHD, HD channels are fine, no issues whatsoever. Seems like this is common thing with the UHD though

Re: UHD buffering
Most of the buffering issues are down to low bandwidth but your bandwidth seems more than enough as the minimum requirement is 35mbps. The only thing I can think of is that you're getting interference from somewhere or something that's causing your bandwidth to drop periodically.

Re: UHD buffering
Who is your ISP?
Run a YouTube high bit rate UHD demo in nerd stats mode ... and watch the connection speed and whether there are dropped frames🤔

Re: UHD buffering
Fibrenest, no other choice but to go with them but have had no problems watching BBC IPlayer in UHD before

Yes true.
The puck being an all in device does require a good local network bandwitch.
As also mentioned, it may be suffering from interference,, the puck much like a Sky Q box can for some customers suffer from this at times. More often seen as an intermittent blip.
Not always a cure, but the following may help to resolve;
Make sure you have a good 6-8 inches free on all sides of the puck.
Do not stack the puck on top of any other device.
Best not to sit it on a glass shelf. Wood is generally the best.
Make sure the puck is in the open, not tucked away in a cabinet or sat directly behind the TV.
Make sure you have no other devices that can cause interference closeby, like cordless phones, radiators, baby monitors, microwaves and the like.
Assume you are using the Sky supplied hdmi cable or a high speed equivalent one.
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.
