as title suggests. 2 pucks, neither will load game. gets as far as loading screen then returns to home screen. Already missed 30min. anything can be done???

Currently watching this via Sky Q and it's perfect . Must be platform related

managed to get working on sky sports app on the phone. not ideal. hope not a sign of things to come

Have sky sports package in sky stream and each time I try to watch a sky sports + game it says loading and then crashes and comes back to main menu. Have restarted and tried multiple games but still not working

looks like nothing on sky sports+ works at all on my pucks tonight. only thing i can watch is everotn southampton on sky sports HD+ (or stuff on actual broadcast channels )

okay, in case anyone else cares, go to sky stream plus chanel on the puck, the press the three dots and you can actually get to the other games..

any other route (i.e going to sport then football from home page, or using voice search) will not work for me.

All the streams work if you physically watch the Sky Sport + linear channel and press the red button from there.

Same with mine, tried switching router off but still won't load, am watching it on my phone now

If you pick the main game I've found I can get to the game I want via the red button and it doesn't crash

@slowgraffiti12 Thank you, after a very frustrating hour wasted trying to watch QPR v Palace up on Sky Stream and failing, and resorting to watching on my iPhone, I can at last watch it on my TV...
