Tv

My tv downstairs dose not work dose upstairs,staying not connected so can't use tv downstairs at all

This doesn't sound like a broadband issue at all.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Its sky Q but its fine in bedroom says can't connect to internet
