Tv unwatchable worse than dial up
Trying to watch football frequent loss of audio and picture quality also frame freeze

@Callo1973 Sounds like an issue caused when connecting over a poor wifi connection, are you connecting over wifi?
What speed is your puck getting over wifi? Test this using the Netflix app, go to the setting and run the speed test.
