@Bev1688 Dispite what Sky say I can't say I have heard much about this problem so maybe someone on here can say otherwise.
What I do know is often your home setup can be the issue. It does have to be fairly precise. Your router not near a window or mirror, your puck to have a clear line of sight to your router (unless you are connected via Ethernet cable) your puck to stand alone without it touching anything else and several feet away from other electronic equipment. See if changing anything at home helps while you wait on Sky.
