Tv stream

Hi for the past week we have been having issue with streaming programs it stops and says trying to load the goes to tv guide. Which means if we have paused we then can't rewatch as it goes to live tv. Can you advise please. Thank you

@Liznandy89  Try the following to see if it helps.  Unplug both your puck and router.  Leave for a couple of minutes and the plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your puck back in and when that has also rebooted. Hopefully when they have both rebooted you will a a more stable system.
