Tv shutting down
Hi, I've just had sky tv installed today. Fitted in bedroom working fine, but living room starts up & comes on for a few minutes then shuts down, have checked all cables, turned off at mains, restarts again then after a few minutes it's off

Re: Tv shutting down
@Dana11 Hi Dana, where your router is positioned is very important with Stream, if it is not connected to your puck wire an Ethernet cable check if it has a direct line of sight to your downstairs puck which I presumed you chose as your main puck. Also check your router and puck do not have objects near them. I hope that helps.
