Sky stream puck not working

The puck keeps turning off. I have tried all solutions like turning on and off, using a different plug and nothing works

Hi @BAVG

Do you mean the picture is going to a black screen? Or powering off?

Have you run a speed test in netflix to determine your puck is receiving the minimum speed of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD?

Please provide details of what you have tried.

Re: Sky stream puck not working

@BAVG    Good advice from @mikealanr, you can also go to Settings on Sky Stream and then Network and it will tell you there if you have a good speed.  Also make sure if you are not connected via an Ethernet cable that your router and puck have a direct line of site and neither have objects near them.   It worked for me.
