I've got puk in my bedroom I've always had sky in my bedroom but it's now saying I don't have it Im disabled so go to bed early and watch tv so don't understand why I haven't got it now

@Madmart11 what do you mean its saying you don't have it? What are you seeing on the screen? How long have you had the stream puck?
