Sky streaming isnt showing any info service checker

Keep looking at service checker at my sky app it's coming up as not showing any info about the tv puck it's down the service all the checks connection to the puck  but the tv service is working fine no issues shown on tv so why is it down

It's under checking ✔️ your connection via app still down the info about the tv puck
