At midnight the tv goes blank and we get an error message after I have turned the tv and puck off and on again the message reads programme loading but it never does we have missed the ending to silent witness for three weeks now any ideas. Thanks

Your TV uses the internet to deliver content. Do you have anything set up on your router to turn off WiFi etc?

@Kath1954 who is your ISP?
I am with TalkTalk, a feature called Homework Time in their Home Safe settings caused exactly that issue at midnight when enabled, the internet just stopped.
Suggest you investigate your ISP security or router settings first.
