Hi @KB-J1 I'm guessing you have Glass even though you have posted in the Stream forum. Try going into the Setting > Startup & Standby menu and turning everything off except for the Networked standby mode which should be left on.
I no longer have Glass but when I did I have various issues like you are experiencing until I did as above. I appreciate many will love these features but I found most were just gimmicks and added nothing useful.
