I only have Sky Superfast broadband at the moment (out of contract). I am paying £42 which is way too high.I was hoping to renegotiate a 18 month deal adding Sky Stream and keeping monthly payment as current or below £42. I tried the "live chat" advisor service but, apparently they can't help with Stream deals. I phoned 03442414141, waited 50mins with no awnser. Is there a way i can get a advisor to phone me rather? I am affraid if i dont get anywhere soon i might just outright cancel and join Virgin.

I have a exactly the same problem.
I only have Glass as an upgrade on line so spike to 2 people last week. Apparently my account was blocked so a form was raised to sort it out and told to call again today.
Just now been told they couldn't sort it again, very annoyed as currently dish has been taken down so paying for something we can't watch.

Hi @SV if you type Sky Deals it should return something for you to choose

Sky stream is currently on offer at £19.00 rather than £26.00 via third party websites. Simply Google sky stream £19.00. If you have issues phone sky and quote the deal, they should honour it. With this deal sky sports is reduced to £20.00, all based on 18 month contract

They won't even honor the deal they offered online whilst logged into my account. Offer of £26PM, when tried to do it online went through to Glass, not Stream. After 20 mins on phone and being transferred once, said she could not offer me that. Said was for new customers only, and I was wanting to change from SKYQ. All she could offer was £31PM plus upfront £39.99.

Sky have a policy of offering all existing customers - new customer deals. Complain. Simple.

You should be able to get a deal of £19 for Sky stream and £17 for full fibre 145mb. If you don't have any luck - put in a complaint and speak to the executive Level complaints team

Before you follow this advice and put in a complaint, make sure you can actually receive full fibre first.
Many of us can't, nor are we on any alt-net roadmap or Openreach rollout plan currently.
