Hi,
I'm an legacy SKY+ 'VIP' user trying to move to SKY Stream (with some package changes). I have tried online where it tries to offer me SKY Glass. I have spoken at length over the phone with a very helpful lady at SKY who had the same problems. Neither of us could 'downgrade' me to SKY Stream or work out how to do it. It was suggested I speak to the cancelations team to try that route but I cannot face another hour on hold. Any advice most welcomed that does not involve leaving SKY and coming back in a month or two as a new customer.

Hi @Crossefield I think the lady at Sky was asking that you speak to cancellations in a bid to get to the issues in migrating over to Stream, rather then getting you to cancel,
I would also try the rententions team and see if they are able to help you!
