Trying to contact help they don't recognize my phone

Hi just joined Sky stream few days ago 

went to check out Sky Atlantic and needed a pin  So put in last four digits of my mobile no joy blocked me. So decided phone Sky 🤯 the first she says don't recognise this number use another phone . This is only phone I have, in sky ID they have this phone so stuck any advice please Thanks

The pin is usually  the last 4 number  of the bank card /account  you use to pay sky

Nope last 4 on my bank card did not work I'm afraid 😭 thanks for help

Well an update, got through to Sky 🙂 one hour thirty minutes later still not fixed. She told me to hold the bottom button on my glass TV and pull out TV plug while still holding bottom button. Plug in tv still holding button till update came on yesss did all that up came sky glass brilliant. Not for me dreaded pin 📌 so she said bank 4 numbers nope , phone number last 4, bank long number last 4 nope locked. So pulled tb plug and pick plug out waited 30 min back on TV guess what back at incorrect pin. All I can say I'm glad i took out a rolling contract
