I am struggling to play content on Amazon Prime. It did work but now doesn't.
I have followed all the advice for restarting device/refreshing apps/reboot internet modem but nothing works. Sign out/in on Amazon.
Unable to forcefully remove the app to re-download.
All other streaming providers work fine.
Amazon Prime works with other devices (fire stick and tv) but not on stream.

So the only way I could progress was to conduct 2 factory resets on the puck. All working again now.
No idea why but at least it works now.
I could open the Prime App but it wouldn't play the videos. It just shown “There has been a problem. Visit Amazon for help” which was useless.

@Neal_ go into the pucks settings and go the System settings choose tge resets and activate the refresh apps option. That clears the data on the box which is quite likely to be the cause of the problem.

From your post, you have certainly tried all we would suggest.
Not sure when you did the refresh of apps, it can take up to 24 hours sometimes to fully refresh and clear the cache.
What exactly is happening when you launch the Amazon app, are you getting into the app ok, or is it just failing on playing content once within the app?
