I wanted to factory reset my Sky Stream so I could set up my soundbar properly (other options did not work). The first step was to unpair my remote, so I pressed 1 and 3 and the remote unpaired. The next step was to click 'continue' but I couldn't hit continue, as I had unpaired the remote. With no other options, I turned the puck off and on again. Now, the remote will not work. The batteries are fine, pressing 1 and 3, or 9 and 7 does nothing. Not sure what else I can do.

Try doing the following and holding for at least 3 seconds.
- Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.
- Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.
- Wait until you see the 'Your remote is now connected' message and select Continue.

In the same circumstances? That is, you've carried out a factory reset of your Puck?

Re: Trying to Factory reset my sky stream has bricked my remote.
If you have tried the re pair of your remote as shown above and that still does not resolve the issue.
Have a look at this Sky Help article and try all that it mentions, and if still not helping, within that article you can order online a replacement remote.
Click on 'I still need help' button there
