I haven't been able to access any sports on Sky Sports+ through the Stream Puck for a while now, I'm having to use the sky sports app to view it. How do I fix this so I can watch it on the TV? It's saying I need to upgrade my subscription, I have access to + content.

Hello. Thank you for replying, I've just attempted to try and access Sky Sports+ content through the 4 colour dot button and it now works properly 🙂 much better on the TV than watching on a phone screen.

Hi. Thanks for replying, yes the Sky Sports subscription is active and have had no trouble in the past accessing the Sky Sports+ content.

I have just given it a try not long ago and it's now working as it should again through the 4 colour dot button 🙂
