Sky stream blank screen

Pictures keeps going blank and cutting out on sky stream box. Have tried multiple outlet connections and multiple hdmi connections.

What broadband speed do you have and what speed is your puck getting? You can test this in netflix (profile pic > get help? > Connectivity check).
