This lead doesn’t support uhd
New point of failure for the puck today telling me that the lead that came with the puck doesn't support uhd. 2 reboots and now it does. Every. Single. Day. I have to reboot this puck. Thank goodness I've only got sky for 2 more weeks.

Is the tv that the puck is connected to a uhd tv and have you checked the picture settings in the puck and your tv and are you paying the sky uhd subscription ?

Thanks for replying.
Yes my TV is an OLED 4K. The only peripheral I have so much difficulty with is the puck. Apple TV, firestick and Roku all don't require constant reboots.
This is my third puck.

@CinderKona the short HDMI lead Sky provides fully supports UHD/HDR but it is possible you need to change the settings on your TV for the HDMI port the puck is connected to and with a few TVs it is necessary to have the TV switched on before the puck so the HDMI handshake can work properly.
If you post the make and model of your TV forum members maybe able to advise.

Hi
There is no need to change my TV settings as 2 reboots of the puck corrected the issue.
All other peripherals don't require this level of constant maintenance.
