No Netflix

Hey, I signed up with sky, and should have Netflix and Discovery+ but I can't get them...it says I have to put in a payment?

You need to go through the activation for both these apps, to get the Netflix standard with ads tier that is free with Sky Stream and the Discovery + entertainment tier that is free to all Sky customers,

 

For Netflix,

Follow the activation help in the section Activate Netflix on your Sky Glass TV or Sky Stream puck in this Sky help article;

For Discovery +
