puck plug lead seems damaged won't fit into the puck
Moved house and when I tried to plug my puck back in the lead does not fit into the back of puck not sure if a pin has come out or its faulty but cant connect now, can I get a replacement, I dont have a router anymore as I get broadband wifi with the flat will my puck work just with hdmi connection to tv and plugged in assuming I can get a replacement lead from sky and the puck is working.

@john627 are you sure you have the correct power supply for the puck? After a move it is easy to get these muddled up but if your puck or its power supply are damaged call Sky to get it replaced they send out a whole new puck kit and ask you to return the old one. Your puck will have to be linked to your new property's WiFi service. The pucks cannot work without a reliable connection to the internet. The HDMI port is the output from the puck to the TV and cannot be used as an input.
