@Estich Have you tried unplugging the puck for a couple of minutes?

Hi, we have the same problem.  It occurs across all 4 pucks and at its worst did not allow us into The Lazarous Project for a few days, eventually we just went to the next episode, which was the last one, and it worked.  Also, occurred on ITVX but being a previously Amazon user this stream keeps dropping anyway.  The problem also occurs on ITV1 on sky stream but this might be the same problem as ITV X.

 

As a final point it is dissapointing that Sky have cancelled Lazarous Project.  Another really good scifi series gone!!
