sky stream Sound problem when watching apps

hi any one know what to do when i wacthing sky stream Sound maffled problem when watching apps, on normal chanels are fine

@Adrian59  Have you tried adjusting the sound options within thr settings menu?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
