The system keeps freezing
The programmes keep freezing and saying there is issues with the programme. But it also freezes on normal programmes for shorter periods but resumes the programme. It happens about 15 times through one programme, totally not acceptable.

Most likely to be an issue with the broadband speed being received by the puck.
What speed is it receiving? Are you connecting via WiFi or ethernet?
Check the speed being received by opening the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check.
Sky Stream relies entirely on you having a fast and stable network connection of 25Mbps absolute minimum. Any speed fluctuations or interference in the signal can cause the issues you are experiencing so it's important to make sure your broadband network is up to the job.
