The puck is making weird noises and high pitched with Dolby digital audio active

Just got mine today. Pick is quiet until change source on tv then get high pitch noise through the speakers of tv. 
Even happens when on the menu/ homepage. So hoping more a setting before splashing out in cable?

 Any suggestions on what setting to change to test it out ?

I had the same issue, turns out it was my tv settings, I had sound mode set to movies, once I turned sound mode off, the high pitch whine stopped.

So annoying, but that whine was driving me crazy, my tinnitus is bad enough.
