The content you have selected cannot be played on this device

To make my post very clear

i have 3 pucks. 3 UHD TVS. 160mb fibre to the property internet. Hardwired. No WiFi.
no lagging, no buffering.

what I can't do today. I can normally do.

so. I started watching danny dyers "mr big stuff"  in my living room. In UHD.
I go to lay in my bedroom to continue to watch and I'm told by a stupid piece of technology that I'm not allowed to.
specifically

"the content you have selected cannot be played on this device"

I have searched for solutions.
I have checked all the settings that the correct picture type is selected UHD is selected. I've even tried changing it from auto to UHD no difference but it will not let me watch it. I've even tried taking it out of UHD back into UHD tried taking it down to 720 back up to the full spec restarted the device. I've even gone into the program itself and thought I'll put up with it in HD so long as I can watch it nope even in HD it says I can't watch it so for whatever reason it is deciding that I'm not allowed to watch it on one pack but I can go back downstairs and continue watching it there. There's an absolutely no reason for it not to work. It's not like SKY Q where the multi room is a lower spec. These are three independent parks all set up the same all on similar spec TVs. There's absolutely no reason why it shouldn't work and there's nothing I can do to get it to work and it's doing my head in

I have also got the TV remote out gone through all the TV settings to make sure that the HDMI port Is UHD compatible which I knew I was wasting my time because of watching UHD every single day this is no different but I thought I'd check it anyway I've checked if there's any updates on the park I've checked if there's any updates on the TV I don't know what else I can do short of throwing the puck out the window

what am I missing?

Very strange, Is it just that programme you can't watch or other programmes as well? @danny3434

@danny3434 the normal reason for seeing thst message is because the TV does not support the correct level of HDCP which for UHD content is HDCP 2.2. Some early UHD TVs did not support this standard as they were designed before it was ratified. It could also be a glitch in the handshake between the puck and the TV . While you say you rebooted the puck have you tried rebooting the TV which normally requires cutting off the power for long enough so the power led goes out?

@danny3434 First thing I'd do is swap two of the Pucks around to see if the issue follows the Puck or stays in the location/TV.
