@AmitS Your post has been moved from the Sky Q forum as this isn't related to Sky Q.
Stream pucks have the internal freeview tuner disabled so you won't be able to view any freeview channels.

Re: Connected Aerial TV cable in Sky stream puck but cannot see aerial free live TV
We believe the aerial socket and DTTV tuner are present so that Sky can use the same hardware in countries where this is mandatory for set top boxes (Italy, for example)

Re: Connected Aerial TV cable in Sky stream puck but cannot see aerial free live TV
The terrestrial aerial tuners in TV devices in the U.K. are DVB-T/T2 tuners - Freeview is an EPG software specification that requires meeting the licenseable specification and payment to Freeview for inclusion on a TV device🤔

Re: Connected Aerial TV cable in Sky stream puck but cannot see aerial free live TV
What happens if you lose the Internet so the Sky Stream puck won't display terrestrial tv even if an aerial is connected to it? In effect it'll be useless

Essentially, yes, but I guess the assumption is that in most cases the television set being used to view puck content will have its own digital terrestrial tuner.

Re: Connected Aerial TV cable in Sky stream puck but cannot see aerial free live TV
A few years back when I temporarily cancelled my Sky Stream subscription, on the home screen I had an option for services, and also an antenna/aerial symbol, which when i selected, was able to receive all the free to air channels on my stream puck via aerial ... is this option now disabled?

It appears to have been inadvertently enabled for a brief period by an update, which was then revised.
